Conferences need range. We offer a curated multi-meat menu — choose from slow-roasted pork with crackling, tender carved beef, rosemary lamb, or garlic soy chicken Maryland. Multiple proteins running simultaneously, each carved fresh to order at the station.
Our rotating seasonal salad cabinet accompanies every conference buffet — five or more composed salads designed to complement the roasts and cater to dietary preferences. Roasted vegetables, grain-based salads, and leafy options presented in professional serving bowls.
A staffed tea and coffee station is available as an add-on for all conference catering engagements. Premium loose-leaf teas and filter coffee, professionally managed for the duration of the event. Keeps your attendees energised and your brand presentation seamless.
Our prep kitchens are engineered specifically for high-volume roast production — not retrofitted from conventional kitchen layouts. Slow-roasting at scale requires dedicated oven capacity, timed preparation, and strict temperature management. We have it.
We source meat through established wholesale partnerships with same-day cold-chain delivery. For events exceeding 200 guests, we operate on a staggered preparation schedule to ensure every roast arrives to service at peak quality — never held more than 40 minutes.
