We serve corporate clients across the entire Golden Horseshoe from our base at The Well in Toronto. This includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, Markham, North York, Etobicoke, and many more. If you're within a 90-minute drive of Toronto, we can reach you. Our corporate catering service is designed for groups of 10 or more. For smaller gatherings, we recommend visiting us in person at The Well. For larger events of 50 or more, we encourage early booking so we can allocate kitchen capacity and confirm delivery logistics. There is no upper limit on guest count.
For standard corporate lunches and office deliveries, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. For larger events — conferences, all-hands meetings, multi-department catering of 50 or more guests — we recommend booking 5 to 7 business days in advance. During busy periods, earlier is always better. Contact us to check availability for your date.
Yes. Our dedicated Vegetarian option is available at $9.90 per person and is a core part of every catering package. We can also accommodate common dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, and halal requests with advance notice. Please include dietary requirements when submitting your catering enquiry so we can confirm availability and preparation protocols.
We offer three service formats: drop-off catering (food delivered hot and ready to serve, ideal for office lunches and smaller events), buffet-style setup (we arrange serving stations with appropriate equipment), and fully staffed catering (a team member carves and serves on-site, recommended for conferences and formal events). Each format is priced separately — contact us for a tailored quote.
Our menu ranges from $8.90 per person for Hot Roast Ciabatta Rolls and Hot Press Sandwiches up to $16.90 per person for our Rosemary Rubbed Lamb and Braised Lamb Shank. Most corporate clients budget between $13 and $16 per head for a full plate with sides. Salad Plates start from $13.90. Delivery, staffing, and setup fees are quoted separately based on location and event format.
Absolutely. High-volume catering is where we are most at home. Our operational roots are in New Zealand's busiest Westfield food courts, where we served hundreds of covers daily for over two decades. We have the kitchen capacity, the logistics infrastructure, and the trained team to deliver large-format corporate events at volume without compromising on quality. Contact us early for large bookings.
Yes. For events where on-site presence is preferred, we provide trained serving staff who will carve and plate the roast meats at your venue. This is our recommended format for conferences, client dinners, and events where presentation matters. Staffed service is quoted based on event duration, guest count, and location. Please request this when submitting your catering enquiry.
No other corporate caterer in the GTA offers slow-roasted carved meats in a food court-tested, high-volume format. Our five roast meats — pork crackling, roast beef, rosemary lamb, garlic soy chicken, and braised lamb shank — are carved fresh daily. 30 years of operational proof backs every event we cater.
Yes. While our core menu is fixed and refined, we work with corporate clients to curate the right selection for their event. You can choose specific roast meats, mix formats (plates, rolls, salads), and adjust portion sizes based on your guest profile. For recurring clients, we can also develop a standing menu arrangement. The Carvery is based at The Well — the landmark mixed-use development at 499 King St W in Toronto's King West neighbourhood. Our kitchen there serves as the operational base for all corporate catering orders delivered across the Golden Horseshoe. Learn more about our location or get directions.
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Corporate event planners are welcome to walk in to our King West location at The Well any day of the week — no appointment necessary. Try the menu, speak with our team, and assess the product firsthand before committing to a catering order. We find the food makes the decision straightforward. We're open Monday to Friday 11am–8pm, and weekends 11am–7pm.
